Interim Service

This service is carried out every 6 months or every 6,000 miles. At Central Motors we complete a range of checks for the competitive price of £99 (Plus Parts and VAT).

We will:

•  Change Air Filter

•  Change Oil and Replace Oil Filter 

•  Check All Interior and Exterior Lighting

•  Check and Top Up All Under Bonnet Fluid Levels

•  Check Brake Fluid Condition

•  Check C V Boots and Steering Rack Boots

•  Check Coolant Level, Condition and Anti-Freeze Strength

•  Check Front Brake Condition and Wear 

•  Check Fuel Lines and Brake Pipes

•  Check Power Steering Operation and Fluid Condition

•  Check the Condition and Security of the Exhaust System

•  Check Timing Belt Replacement Interval

•  Check Tyre Pressures, Tread Depths and Tyre Condition

•  Check Wheel Bearings for Play and Noise

•  Check Windscreen Washer and Wipers

•  Wear Check

Annual Service

Once you have been driving your vehicle for 12 months or 12,000 miles it will require an annual service. This costs £150 (Plus Parts and VAT) and includes:

•  Check All External Lighting 

•  Check and Adjust Handbrake 

•  Check and Top Up Under Bonnet Levels

•  Check Coolant Level, Condition and Anti-Freeze Strength

•  Check Front Brake Condition and Wear

•  Check Rear Brake Condition and Wear 

•  Check Strap and Hinges

•  Check Tyre Pressure, Tread Depth and Condition 

•  Check Underside of Vehicle and Make Notes if Required

•  Check Windscreen Wiper Condition and Top Up Washer Fluid

•  Grease Door

•  Oil and Filter Replacement 

•  Replace Air Cleaner 

•  Replace Fuel Filter 

•  Replace Spark Plugs (Petrol Engines)

•  Road Test

•  Visual Inspection of Vehicle
